After finishing requests, either because they are solved or canceled, a survey will be sent to you.
Your opinion is very important to us, we would appreciate it if you completed it. After finishing requests, you will receive an e-mail similar to the following one: When you click on a star, a pop-up window will appear. You may add your comments there.
